A satirical publication attacking Sir John Stoddart and the Constitional Society. A panel on the front page announces the death of Queen Caroline (which occurred on the 7th of August 1821), consort of King George IV. Also discusses Robert Southey and other literary figures. A red stamp at top right features a clawed paw, and has the inscription: "He claps his claw on every thing".
