Content Description
He thinks the Royal Academy exhibition should be reorganised along the lines of the Paris Salon; with both Academicians and outsiders on the selection committee, and that everybody send in no more than two or three works. He speaks as one who has frequently had as many as seven works in the exhibition. The schools and the finances of the Academy are too large a subject at present.
